  We wanted to send just one heater back, but they wanted two, fine. The free postage company do not operate in our area and I’ve asked if there is another company he can use, through him and free postage. Still no reply. So it’s going to cost £38.96 to post these back. So we will keep them and give them to someone that might need them. Our review will not be positive. This is not the first issue I’ve had with returning items to EBay, but it will be the last as I won’t be using EBay again

  I canceled this after accidently ordering but they rejected cancellation despite only ordering a few moments ago. I got the delivery and returned fully labelled via evri (8 digit track code) They sellers received my parcel from evri on the 27th of December but kept telling me to provide a 16 digit tracking code if I want my refund even tho they had the parcel. The box was labelled n had my address and return details both on and it and it was labelled as they had asked. Crooks! Don't buy.
