    Such a gorgeous mirror but, unfortunately, it was smashed in the post. I emailed the seller, and sent pics, and they came straight back explaining that they were on holiday and would sort it when they got back. They refunded me once they returned. Such a shame it got damaged but not the seller's fault and the after sales service was very good.

    Do not trust this seller. Was told my item has been shipped first with ervi ko tracking number provided. Then when I tell them they send a moody royal mail tracking number that royal mail doesn't recognise. They don't reply to messages trying to resolve this. Problematic seller. Nit worth time or hassle still havnt received a refund. Taking it uo with my bank now. Never had so many problems with a seller. Save your money or find what you want from a different seller.

    Item got broken. Not the sellers fault. However the non existent customer service is appalling. You get no response from this seller. I had to constantly chase my refund. Then I had to open a case to get a response. Not what I had hoped for. Really wouldn't recommend this seller. Order at your own peril
