    Absolutely terrible experience. Seller sent a faulty item and then requested that I not return it through eBay’s system, claiming they would arrange collection themselves. It took over two weeks for the item to be collected. Even after I provided full proof of collection, the seller kept delaying and making excuses instead of issuing my refund. I tried to cooperate and help the seller, but they completely took advantage of that. If you value your time, money, and sanity—avoid this seller.

    The item was brand new as described, but it was also not what I believed I had ordered. At the time I was unaware of just how many 'month to a view' formats the manufacturer produced so relying just on that description was a mistake. The vendors lack of the manufacturers code number was as bad as my not checking the listing thoroughly! The shopping experience was very good , very good communication, very prompt replies and a full refund. A model for all vendors.
