    Avoid this seller, pay a bit more. I ordered 5” vertical blind bottom chain. Seller sent 4”. I requested a return and replacement with what I ordered. Seller did not respond at all, and left it to eBay to resolve. Looks like they do this regularly, based on the feedback. I guess they hope some customers forget or can’t be bothered. Yes it’s low value, but it wastes everyone’s time if they are sloppy and send out the wrong item. Good sellers minimise their mistakes and correct the few they make.
