  Waited nearly 2 weeks for this puzzle to come, the seller said that he had posted it but it took a long time to come, value for money and in good condition. Got in touch with the seller and he checked with Royal Mail but it turned up in the end (don't think it was posted when I was told)

  My great granddaughter and I were disappointed when the dvd couldn’t play because it was the wrong region code, I contacted the seller, he immediately gave me advice and support. I tried the dvd in a tv dvd player and it played, much to my great granddaughter’s delight. Very pleasant seller his help was much appreciated.

  Seller claimed to have posted item in 14/04. When I told him item hadn't arrived he told me that he was chasing Royal Mail on 19/04 and 22/04. Item arrived on 25/04 but the postage stamp was dated 23/04!! This was a birthday present which arrived after the birthday as a result!
