  Poor communication from seller. I made an error in ordering and requested a refund. This was refused, no personal message from vendor. No offer of alternative. I followed the tracking, items sent on 7th, they did not arrive by 10th. Put a message to vendor that they had not arrived and if they did, I would not accept plants that had been lost in transit. Vendor did not reply until today the day after they sent 48 hour delivery. Plants were extremely dry, and soil all lost in packaging.

  After a long wait, these arrived completely dead (and actually rotting, it looked like they’d been dead a while), in sopping wet packaging. I contacted the seller asking for a refund but haven’t heard back. Not impressed. They weren’t cheap.

  Took money but never sent plants. Communication was terrible, took 3 months for eBay to act and to eventually receive a refund. Very disappointing service all round.

  you cancelled the order because you didn't want to wait for the plants despatch date, clearly displayed in the listing. Ebay error, not mine.

  I have contacted the seller about the poor quality of the packaging but have had no reply. I was away so had to delay delivery. Unfortunately the plants had been packaged so badly that they had nothing to stop them from emptying into the parcel which was a flimsy cardboard box.
