    This item arrived safe and sound on Friday 16.08.2024. However, upon unpacking this I found the 12 cable connector that connects to the winch to be damaged. I contacted the seller who offered a partial refund for this. The communications with this seller are 1st class. The winch although slow running does the job well the 12volt cable and remote cables are plenty long enough. overall I am very pleased with this winch and I have no problem recommending this seller first class 5* AAA+++ Thanks.
