I did have to ask twice for refund but quickly received after 2nd request. The refund noted order was cancelled by my request, however, I only requested cancellation because of delivery delay. Seller communication was excellent regarding delay and I would use again.

They are not as cute in person as they are in the picture. They are distorted & the ears do not stand up. The picture posted looks like beautiful hand crafted bunnies. Sadly, these look like a very cheap knock-off. Very poor quality. Definitely over priced in my opinion. Disappointed in purchase. Seller did respond quickly & shipped super fast. Would recommend seller, not the bunnies.
