    Real wasn’t packaged very well, just loose in a box, nothing to protect the item, actually arrived broke, they did sort the issue with a collection from couriers, an recently sent a replacement, which arrived okay. All set up an ready for river fishing. Great seller, just more fragile parcels could be packaged a little better like other sellers.

    Great product and price. Let down by Royal mail as item packaging was damaged and opened. Tracking system is rubbish as you cannot track until delivery attempt. Not sellers fault but they need to understand why saying check tracking info doesnt help at all. Thus reason I left positive feedback.
