  The tumbler was delivered within 2 days however there was a part missing from the machine, which meant it was unusable. When I reported this to the seller, they responded the same day and were polite and helpful. The replacement part took 3 weeks to arrive. The machine now works well and in my opinion is good value for money.

  Item was as described and a great product (outdoor parcel box) unfortunately for the seller and me it arrived damaged ,it was well wrapped so seller had done best to protect item but it had been damaged in transit. I made contact with seller showed damage and return prepaid label was supplied, corresponding back and forward with sellers was a bit slow, this would be the only negative. A big positive is seller did not shy away from responsibility to resolve and refund as some may try to do .
