Item was as described and a great product (outdoor parcel box) unfortunately for the seller and me it arrived damaged ,it was well wrapped so seller had done best to protect item but it had been damaged in transit. I made contact with seller showed damage and return prepaid label was supplied, corresponding back and forward with sellers was a bit slow, this would be the only negative. A big positive is seller did not shy away from responsibility to resolve and refund as some may try to do .

Excellent. Delivered on time. Very easy to set up. Took 10 mins from delivery, including unpacking. I had looked at other steam sauna options like Nurecover that were between £250-300. Cannot imagine they are much better than this. Exactly what I was looking for. Only con was the chair is too small,. I am only 5' 8" and 11 stone. I am going to try another camping chair which should be more comfortable. In summary, one very satisfied customer.
