  Item did not arrive. I contacted seller, wheres my order? Some time on and my requests met up with the right department who could'nt have been more helpfull and accountable. Apparently my order had been cancelled at point of dispatch and returned to manufacturers due to substanderds. Refund offerd, accepted. As I have had nothing but excellent service in the past and presant, carring towards buyer, this seller keeps me and is on my fav's list. Will look to this selller again Kind regards Robert

  Sent the order out even though I had asked to cancel it. Way before it was sent but they didt read the messages. Managed to get a £12 refund back out of £29:10 and was told to keep them. Took ages to reply to me and kept repeating the messages. I gave up and just accepted the refund to be over and done with. The wallpaper itself is individually wrapped in a grey bag. And is not to bad a quality.

  Although there were issues in delivery, once I talked to the seller they solved the issue so fast, I am happy with the service and the product. It comes with a small cutter and a small plastic peice to remove air bubbles that you may accumulate when you try to stick it to your window. I like it and will order again.
