The seller advertised that the case was damaged in the listing, but that didn't bother me since I have spares. The inlay, manual and disc however are all excellent. So I swapped the case out for a brand new one and it now looks like a brand new game. The quick delivery added to the great customer service and based on my experience I wouldn't hesitiate to recommend this iseeler to anyone. A+
