Paid £17 for a trusted and loved brand and the Item was described as “brand-new”,Took ages to arrive then received marked bottles that were out of date baby lotions. Have to make a return as I can’t use these on my newborn! Told the seller and no apology just claimed to of “sent the wrong box”😂 be careful when buying and please describe the item thoroughly and truthfully to save money and time!

The advert says this is a one month supply or more but the item is a 10 day supply. I contacted the seller who blamed eBay for addi the 1 month text and says that the box clearly states 10 days. However, as the description states 1 month supply it is not unreasonable to expect 3 packets.

As i have said, once creating the listing, you scan the bar-code in and eBay uses its database to add in item specifics automatically. This item is already very expensive, so i don't know how you were expecting to get 3 brand new for this price.
