    FYI for previous InTank purchasers. In the past, the floss always came in a resealable clear bag when I purchased directly from InTank. I was under the impression Five Star Aquatics purchased the InTank company (according to a post on Humblefish), so, I thought the product would be shipped in the same packaging -- it is not, the floss is now stuffed and shipped in a regular poly mailer. If this doesn t bother you, then don t hesitate to order because it is still the same high quality floss.

    I'm terribly Sorry your shipping package seems to have been damaged. FWIW we have always shipped our Filter floss EXACTLY like this, though it is true that our same filter floss is available from other sources in a plastic bag/retail package. Typically, when one 3 pack is purchased it is sent in a poly mailer as we try to keep costs down and pass those savings onto our customers. In the even that several value packs are purchased they will be placed carefully into a box and shipped that way.
