    A beautiful looking late BR steam locomotive which was packed well at just above the postage rate. The item unfortunately despite being almost as described and good value had a serious running fault which would have wrecked it. It was returned for a refund easily and politely with no fuss. The refund was speedily provided at no cost to me including the return postage label. We all make mistakes from time to time, but this small error was dealt with brilliantly.
