    Not the first time I’ve bought from Fixings Direct, as always, their products are first class. It is, however, the first time Evri has managed to make a successful delivery to me, EVER…without my parcel ‘going astray’. My heart sank when, after checkout, I realised they were involved but I have literally been astounded by their success in finding my letterbox…who knows, Evri might actually be getting there!     I bought an online RCD unit. It came loose in a box, without original packaging with a rattle inside. I won't use it because it shouldn't rattle, is clearly damaged. I have sent two messages to him this week asking for a returns label but no reply. It's a shame because this was the second one I ordered and the previous showed up promptly, in its original packaging with no rattle. Considering it's sole purpose is to keep scene me from being electrocuted, perrsonally, I would not have sold this.
