The price was competitive, the processing of the order was very quick, and the system provided regular updates about delivery times, and using the Post Office meant a professional delivery. That last point was particularly highlighted by the battered package I received this week from Yodel, which was just chucked towards our door. Received quickly in a plastic bag, there the box inside was damaged, but luckily, the actual item seems to be fine. Advised seller of the condition of the box - friendly reply taking on my suggestion. Unfortunately, I didn’t have to install and use it - due to resolving the problems with my current one, but will keep it until I do need to use it. The quality of it seems fine, and looks good - a bit pricey, but looks like value for money.

Good quality new float valve unit for cistern, to replace 20+ year old unit. Well packaged and arrived promptly by Royal Mail. The sender included information about what to do in case of damaged packaging, item not suitable, etc., but all was fine so no need to take any action other than fitting it, which was fine. The unit came complete with float and all fittings and instructions (on the package). Would happily deal with this e-bay seller again. Thank you A++.
