    Bad customer service from this seller. Did not say bangle was not hallmarked and it looked like it had been repaired. Accepted item back told me he had sent refund and he had not so e/bay stepped in and refunded me. The listing the seller has shown nice jewelry boxes plus bags etc. and yet sent it in a plain black box nothing like his listing.I would definitely not buy from this seller again.

    THIS JEWELLER NEVER SENT THE ITEM, THEN TOLD ME IT HAD BEEN SOLD AND OFFERED ME ONE FOR £300 WHICH WOULD HAVE COST ME A FURTHER £70. HE TRIED TO SAY IT HAD BEEN DELIVERED BUT COULD NOT PROVE IT, AS HE HAD ALREADY SAID HE HAD SOLD IT SOMEONE ELSE IN HIS FIRST AND LAST REPLY, I SENT 4 EMAILS, THANK GOD EBAY SORTED IT OUT.
