  They didn't send me what I purchased, but another similar item. I've tried to return this item on several occasions, but no return details have been provided. I have the parcel for 'Return', but nowhere to send it to! It's been one stall after another, and I'm at my wits end about it. I finally sent them a message saying I would send it to the address which was on the parcel, and haven't heard from them since! I thought this would encourage them to send me the Return Address' not so.

  Difficult to see from the picture if I had ordered the correct filters - and unfortunately I haven’t. But, they arrived sensibly packaged and no damage, and they are good value. They also arrived before the estimated delivery date. Note to self - As all the Vortex fryers look similar, make sure of the product details before ordering!!
