    A very nice hat arrived quickly, but unfortunately, the half-witted Yodel driver stuffed it into a letterbox, jamming the hat and ripping the bag on the draught, excluding the brush, when three people were at home. It beggars belief why anyone uses Yodel to deliver anything as they don't care about anything they deliver. Great seller who made me an offer I couldn't turn down, and kept me well updated, but should not use Yodel

    Ordered these glasses end of October to collect at local garage via Yodel . Had email to collect 2nd November but not there or the next week. Later found out that the garage had changed hands recently and weren't taking in parcels even though Yodel confirmed to me delivery . Contacted the seller who were VERY good and immediately arranged a refund even though they were losing out . Still wanted the glasses so ordered them again to my address . Got them 2 days later . Great seller great glasses
