The printing has been amazing compared to my adventurer 3, both print time and quality. Flashforge please keep up the good work! The package was delivered undamaged and in good condition. The only issue I have was with the delivery driver from Team Global Express as they dropped it off upside down ignoring the delivery packaging markers.

Seller did everything they could to resolve the issues and even sent a replacement twice. All problems were outside of the sellers control but had great and very timely communication even late at night which was unexpected but appreciated. Small issues with the printer have been forwarded to the tech team for advice. Seller went above and beyond to help and would highly recommend this seller.

I placed my order in the late evening and less than 48 hours later, I had my product. I suggest buying through this seller and not through Flashforge directly. I ordered an enclosure through them at the same time and it took a week for their customer service to get back to me only to tell me the product will not be shipped for 7 weeks. Stick with THIS seller and get great customer service and quicker shipping!
