After six days I contacted seller and informed them of situation and they E-Mailed me quite quickly telling me the item was at the collection point and to take my confirmation of order form with me and I could collect item. I did this showing them the order and e-mail I had received from the seller.After awhile they let me have the goods but were not to happy about it
