    I purchased an Xbox controller advertised as "tested and working", the seller mailed the controller with MEDIA MAIL postage in a box with literally zero padding so it was bouncing all over in transit. The controller didn't work, one button was rock hard and I was unable to press it down. Zero communication and eBay had to step in with handling the return. I would avoid this seller if possible
