  Quality, condition, value and appearance of the item I purchased was terrible. The lipstick arrived melted and packaging was horrible. The actual color wasn’t what the seller posted on the listing and the tube was also damaged. This showed lack of care. Personally as a seller, I emphasize about how much care I put into the items I sell and how well they are packaged.
