Package arrived postage due + with 3 broken ornaments the seller packed items in a large flate rate box and printed off postage for a medium rate box-when contacted shedid refunded the postage due-in advance of shipping she informed me that one of the ornaments was defective-when I suggested that she reduce the shipping charges to compensate,she did not reply and simply went ahead with the delivery-so I have a total of 2 broken +1 defective ornaments
