Some issue meant the first dispatched player never arrived and there was a slight delay to dispatch a second but it did arrive by 24 hr postage and the seller communicated promptly. The player is good value which functions according to description, the sound is good for the type of machine and is very neat.

The worst experience I ever had with a seller! First item “lost in transit” and what a load of bull that was! He lied to me repeatedly! Did not want to send me the proof of postage or tracking number of the second hair trimmer that was dispatched! Got an Amazon box which I found was strange! Opened the box and it was a totally different CHEAPER trimmer I bought! Reading this sellers reviews he does this constantly! He advertise stuff that he DOES NOT STOCK! And sends you something else!

Customer ordered trimmer set which was £35 , accidentally we have sent him a another trimmer set which was £35 exactly same but different brand , once we noticed the mistake,, we have issued him a full refund , and GIFT him brand new trimmer that he has recieved , I have explained the problem and apologised, once he has recieved the Gift and full refund he ignored answering message , I apologise one more time for the mistake,I would like to clarify customer recieved REFUND AND BRAND NEW TRIMMER

I just put positive feed back to send a comment. I am very frustrated. I order 10000mAh and I received is 5000mAh. 10000mAh is much expensive than 5000mAh why you send me 5000mAh. Please see picture. Please verify and I need a refund for this.
