    Good seller communication when asked a question, good value and quality items with fast dispatch and delivery, only slight issue was with the delivery being left in the middle of the driveway and not knowing it was delivered plus the package was slightly opened, luckily there was no damage or other issues.     These are excellent quality unfortunately these were first delivered in a poor condition due to them being broken in transit but when I contacted flooring direct they were very apologetic and sent a replacement the next day and were delivered the following day. These scotia beading look great and are real value for money I totally recommend flooringdirect.co.uk and will use them again. Thanks for a great service

    I can't fault the communication with this company it was great Hayley couldn't do enough for me, but this metal strip when it arrived it was damaged, the packaging wasn't protective enough just a flimsy plastic bag you would find it in at DIY store contacted seller they offered refund or replacement, I went for a replacement as I still needed the product waited a week no sign of replacement product problems with delivery company so ended up having a refund in the end and bought locally instead.

    The quality of the bathroom vinyl flooring is superb and is value for money. Delivery was late (4 days over) but once I'd contacted Ebay, that I'd not received the item the company got in touch to apologise and finally gave me a tracking number and expected delivery date.
