V v poor/slow comms. Ordered 4 June but not sent until I said it hadn't arrived after 11 days?!!...... No instructions for the approx. 50 bits of 'fixings'. Really?!! Also, it does NOT look like the shiny bronze finish on the photos. It's dull and flat. Seller offered £5 refund which I declined - they just need to be honest in the listing/photos, and actually post items out as stated........not too much to ask is it......?!! NB Buyer beware :-(
