Bought this item and it arrived broken. Contacted the seller and they offered me 20% refund if I could fix it. The broken part was not in the box, so I could not fix it if I wanted to. As a seller myself I believe in keeping the customer happy, and when sell something that gets broken then I replace it, not barter. I said no, i want a full refund. Seller claimed their business was too small to give a a full refund. The item is no good and going in the rubbish. Very poor service

I still have not received this after waiting 5 weeks. States there is tracking in the order details but there isn’t tracking. I’ve contacted the seller but they have not helped resolve this. Seller doesn’t answer my questions so a complete waste of my time, effort and money. Doesn’t give me an option to get my money back. I would give this seller no stars but unfortunately there is not that option.
