The golf tees that arrived were not what were pictured and described. I asked them to replace them with what I had actually ordered, but they would not. The refund that I was offered was a fraction of what I paid. This was a waste of my money, and I will not use this shop again. In addition, when I tried to use one of the tees that I hadn't ordered, it broke on the first hit, so bad quality also.

Absolutely disgusted by the service, I ordered 5 poles & 5 bases as stated on the full description & payed £36 but only received 5 poles which are totally useless without the bases so I contacted the seller but was told it was correct so contacted again with proof of the full description and was still not resolved so I contacted again and was offered a £3 refund which is totally disrespectful. We r a local grassroots football team with no funds or backing apart from me raising money my self
