  Terrible customer service. No response from my message when parcel didnt arrive. Received a very arrogant message back when I put in a case for refund. There is no problem with my address evri has delivered here many times before.

  the item went missing in the post and i tried contacting the seller for help in tracing the item. he basic told me that once its in the hand of the courier its got nothing to do with him and if i don't like it go and buy it over the counter at a shop. and he told me not to contact him again and he is going to report me to eBay. i don't what he was going to report me for maybe trying to get my parcel from him if thing go wrong don't rely on this seller for help

  Absolute nuisance. Royal mail showed it as delivered and had a delivery photograph of the house with an open door! He said it "wasnt his wall" but amazingly the next day he discovered it had been delivered. Would not give up trying to prove he was right in the face of overwhelming evidence. Reported him to ebay for harrassing messages. Deal with him at your peril.
