Great seller. I was notified through g-mail that my GTA 3 key had shipped only hours after buying it. All that I had to do then was copy the tracking number and paste it into the "Activate a product on steam" section in the steam app. After doing this, the computer prompted the game's installation and I downloaded it. In summary, it took less than a day for the seller to get the code sent to me, the installation was flawless, and the game played perfectly.

Seller misrepresented item ambiguously - it's just a steam key, but the seller lists physical shipment by Parcelforce, suggesting it is a retail copy (a notice like "PC steam key" is common in PC games, because they are often just a card inside a physical box; when it's just the key, a seller should state "PC steam key ONLY" etc). Also, he claims that he would accept returns (even "Seller pays for returns postage"), but when I asked for a return, he refused, hinting at the nature of the product.
