  Item was as appeared in pictures and described, good price, packaged very well, shipping and tracking was not so good. When package arrived in U.S. tracking number changed, t\and a different company, packaged marked as "Out for Delivery" for four days, finally delivered package at 8:00pm to a bussiness when no one was there. Left at the front door.

  The seller answered all of my questions regarding this part in a timely fashion and got it shipped to us faster than they had quoted. We were told by Snapon that it was going to be over $400 for this entire screen assembly for our machine to get it repairedand that it would take over eight weeks to get the part. Our screen was not the problem it just would not sense the touch on the screen. I messaged the seller and he notified me that this was the only part that I needed. 10/10!
