BUYER BEWARE! Sent shoes described as “new in box” “Guaranteed authentic” and sent a beat up box, in a beat up bag, with an incomplete pair of shoes that had been opened and at the very least tried on. The hang tag is missing (which is a key part to this special edition shoe), and after paying over $70 there is a sticker and receipt from “Shoe Palace” out of California for $39.99. Several messages sent past week to remedy the issue, met with passive responses. C+ CROOKS at best.

Everything about this seller was a bad experience. Wrong tracking number. Horrible packaging. The package it came in was like a 5 year old shipped it. The wrong item came. No communication at all from seller for days. Still after returning the item the seller didn’t send the refund after days and had to ask eBay to step in. Multiple eBay agents agreed this is the worst transaction I’ve had in over 13 years of buying and selling on eBay. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SELLER

We accepted the return as soon as you opened. We sent you a free return label. You didnt use our return label so we had no way of knowing when item got delivered back. Ebay didnt refund you, we did once we saw this feedback. All you had to do was message us which you never did. We have all forms of contact but you chose to spend hours on the phone to speak to multiple ebay agents.
