This was a gold standard refurbished mower. It was basically as new and never used. Delivery was in 2 days as advertised. However Upper handle had a split tube near the cable holder. After contact with the seller I returned the whole mower for a refund and then reordered a replacement. The returning procedure was simple via my local Post Office using the label supplied buy ebay.
