  Excellent seller communication about which size to buy (answered very quickly out of business hours too). Fast delivery, amazing value for money. The jackets are a decent length and very warm. Loads of pockets. Just one helpful suggestion: the jacket comes with an information sheet, included on this is a sizing guide. Maybe the seller could copy this onto the listing to save customers bothering seller about sizing?

  Ordered Waist Size 34 - seller sent Size 40! The seller then insisted they were correct but had the wrong label. I sent photo showing the supplied trouser waist size versus ruler. The seller then agreed to accept return for a refund. I had to pay the return postage though this their error. When I politely indicated I wanted to reorder the trousers but with the seller paying the postage - they stronrly declined. Seller is not interested in good customer service - Do not buy from them!
