    There was an issue with the wrong charm being sent. So I contacted the seller Michelle who offered to send out a replacement but she also added an extra charm as an apology which was very kind her. Though the replacements didn't come on that was due to the late mail , I was prepared to give a little time the charms to arrive. I have since received my charms & they are good quality & value .

    I accidentally ordered the wrong charm and the seller was quick to reply and help with the situation. They ended up sending me out the correct month and let me keep the wrong one I ordered too.
