  There was an issue with the wrong charm being sent. So I contacted the seller Michelle who offered to send out a replacement but she also added an extra charm as an apology which was very kind her. Though the replacements didn't come on that was due to the late mail , I was prepared to give a little time the charms to arrive. I have since received my charms & they are good quality & value .
