Excellent customer service! When the specs arrived, I discovered that they were the wrong magnification...MY FAULT ENTIRELY; despite checking, I had ordered specs that were too strong. When I explained the situation and asked to "swap", this company immediately and without question refunded my purchase price, thus allowing me to re-order the correct magnification (which I am about to do now).
