In summary, my shopping experience with Fonehouse Services is GREAT. The description of the item is precise. But, they didn't provide photos of the actual item due to their volume of transactions. The item was professional packed, and the mailing address was labelled clearly. They dispatched the item promptly. If Royal Mail didn't mess up on their first delivery, I could have received the item in less than 24 hours after the auction was ended. They are a GREAT eBayer I'll recommend.

This is my 2nd purchase from Fonehouse Services. Not as perfect as my 1st purchase. The description of the product is not quite correct (stated as WiFi+4G version, but actually is WiFi only version). Communicated with the seller, and they have migrated the problem professionally. Fonehouse Services has dispatched the product immediately after the auction is ended. And, The product was delivered to me by Royal Mail within 24 hours. The packing of the product is very professional as well.
