  This item looks great, but it arrived 2 days after the scheduled delivery date. Because it was late, I had to purchase something else for the intended persons birthday gift. This was very annoying, but what upset me further, is the seller stated it had been delivered to me on time! No customer service or apology, just a message stating it had been delivered! Their reply was so rude, it implied that I had lied. That I found offensive. An altogether bad experience. I have requested a refund.
