  I received a pair of earbuds, but they produced faulty sounds. I took them to the Apple Store, where they checked them and confirmed that they were counterfeit Apple earbuds and couldn't be repaired. I attempted to communicate with the seller for a return and refund, but they have been giving me the runaround. I cannot trust this seller.
