My floor mats came in a makeshift box falling apart and the floor mats were not in plastic, just thrown loose in the box.. And they do not look new, very unhappy, considering the price. and shipping.

Sorry for the box being cut down to size. We do this to save on shipping. All parts and accessories we sell are brand new 100%. All weather floormats come in from Ford in boxes. They are not wrapped in any plastic.
