  Cancelled my order with no reason given and refunded on 6 August (money not yet in my account but as stated it may take 5-7 days). My order was marked as ‘despatched’ so I have been receiving emails daily re item ‘out for delivery’ and now marked as ‘delivered’. Nothing was delivered. Order was minimal (£12) but I had booked builder last Saturday so had to go on a mission to source the sanding discs elsewhere urgently. Unreliable service that has put me off eBay completely.

  Revised feedback. Communication was reasonable. Delay in delivery was probably due to Royal Mail but item was overweight and oversized for the postage purchased. I had to go to post office and pay surcharge to get the package.
