Delivery was generally as advised in description, my only negative is communication was poor, as the item just arrived one morning with no prior warning, I’m glad I was about to receive the delivery. On checking the items, fixings for the table were found to be missing, however a quick call to Forest and the missing parts were posted out. Overall a good experience, and the set looks great in the garden. Thanks. A+++

I contacted Forest Garden and they were brilliant and arranged a new delivery time. I've said the arch arrived on time because it did, second time around! I am very peased with the arch. It is well made and sturdy and looks very nice. Highly recommended seller (the delay was nothing to do with Forest Garden).

Driver did not knock on door so I was denied the chance to refuse delivery. Very difficult to return, was given return label for an item up to only 2kg so not possible to return a 20kg gate. Seller dragged out return & made me wait for 11 days until collection. Gate in bad condition too, wood warped and split, I would have returned it anyway. Poor comms.
