    First pump delivered to me was faulty and seized up soon after delivery I got in touch with the supplier and Jack sent out a replacement the following day and collected the faulty one. The new pump is working fine so far. Anything can go wrong with a mechanical item and Jack responded immediately therefore can’t fault that for brilliant service. Definitely recommend this company.

    Very poor delivery service, 3 different delivery dates issued, nothing received on any of them. Beware of DHL I tracked my order and this is how it went....Chesterfield to Sheffield, Sheffield to Coventry, Coventry to Milton Keynes,( by this point I had had 2 delivery dates)...onward, from Milton Keynes back to Coventry, from Coventry back to Milton Keynes with another delivery date missed....and the Seller won't cancel the order because it's already been posted...REALLY THEN WHERE IS IT NOW ?
