    The shoes were beautiful, I loved them, but unfortunately they were too narrow across my foot, so I had to return. The seller was brilliant. Delivery was prompt and the shoes were well packaged. My refund was in my bank, just a few days after I posted the shoes back, which was also free. The seller sent a QR code and a returns label for me to choose. All very quick and easy. Thankyou

    Arrived minus one bottle of product (Was sold as a oack of 2), the one bottle of 2 I actually received was mouldy and there has been zero help regarding a refund from these sellers regarding the missing item, which was apparently my fault as the courier obviously took no responsibility for it! . Not UK based either as its the middle of the night before any response. Really poor service sadly.

    We have pursued your case with the courier company as you have reported the item missing. We have shown you the full images as proof of delivery. Based on this evidence your claim was declined therefore, you need to check with the neighbour who received the item on your behalf. unfortunately, we tried to fight your corner many times but there was no positive outcome to the claim you made. We are a UK based company as we have staff working round the clock to meet delivery deadlines.

    Bit of a delay by the courier , Yodel , who I’ve had problems with before and who finally left the package in the rain by my bins when an open ( no door) but weatherproof porch was available at my front door 5 yards away! Not the seller’s fault ….they were friendly with great comms and the item was perfect and just what I needed, though ! Thanks to the seller and Yaa Boo sucks to Yodel 🙄
