When the seller told me brand new, they meant it. On top of that I got it earlier than anticipated extremely happy about that. Packed with care, maybe they want me anything to anyone but it means something to me when you take time to pack her item before you ship it to the buyer. To me it's just a courtesy I like it anyway when I purchase my phones if and when I buy another one which will probably be next month it would be from the seller.

This seller had great communication and the item was a grade B listed but when it arrived it was an A .... I was really impressed. Item was found after a month! Was my fault accidentally bought two of the same phone ! Seller is legit and phones are always unlocked ! I was told they couldn't tell me at the phone store unless I paid for a plan with no refunds! I did it and we'll I'm using it right now ! Perfect condition! Doesn't come in original box just a shrink wrap with USPS box and has serial numbers etc on the sticker stuck to the bubble wrap in case your wonderful! Matt 10/10 and can't beat the deals
