    I had originally ordered the exact same chair from another supplier, only to have my money refunded the following week as they didn't deliver to the north of Ireland. However, this supplier on EBay had the same chair, at the same price, but with free delivery to NI. I was given options for delivery dates and was updated regularly with tracking. The chair was delivered exactly on time, and well packaged. I'm delighted with the quality of the chair, and also with the customer service.
